Terms and Conditions
Every Developer, Manager and/or coworker in any other category (contractor) must follow Stonediver Terms and Conditions.
If contractor is repeatedly reminded on a mistake and ignores it, he/she might be penalized with 10% - 50% from losses caused by such ignored mistake.
Outsourced or not contractor will still get paid per hour for average of hours spent on the project as evaluated by three (3) contractors and finished on time (if it is time sensitive with setup due date). Stonediver, Inc. has no concerns how much contractor pays outsourced contractors and how much of commission keeps for him/her. Contractors depending on qualification and category are paid from $1.5 - $86 per hour. In some cases contractors are paid per unit depending on results (sales, leads, signups, etc.).
Once contractor (code developer) express urge to terminate the contract, last pay is hold for another 60 days just in case if there is some intentional harm done or some irregularities. Once all is cleared contractor gets the payout.
Contractor (code developer) connected to strange events; new bugs occurring for no reason where code was running before for years will have pay on hold for 30 or 60 days depending on frequency of the events and how serious are bugs in code.
Contractor might experience delay in pay
because of third parties, natural catastrophes, incidents, market
change, etc. In such case contractor has to wait for the shortest
optimum time fro Company to secure funds for him/her. Such circum
stances can last 3 months tops, after that Company is obligated to
secure funds for contractor.
Company calculates only the hours forecasted for the project. Delays and corrections aren't paid, but penalized. Company can recalculated past payouts if it's discovered that Contractor was presenting false information about work (time, quality, etc.).
Company will choose the Law firm local to the contractor if contract and/or Terms are not followed.
Nor should contractor disclose any other information about Stonediver, Inc. during this agreement and for a period of two (2) years after its termination without Stonediver, Inc.'s express written consent.
Virtual Assistant Recruiter should finish probation period in first month but in case that probation period is stretched by VAM him/herself, he/she starts getting salary after probation period is finished, until then he/she is getting salary for delivered minimum required results, which are 5 active VAs per week in first month.
VAM starting after 15th of the month will have the advantage of one and a half month time to qualify. He/she will get at qualification first salary. Salary of first month shorter then 15 days slides to next month and it’s added to next salary. VAM gets after probation period salary $3,000 + 5% commission from profit. VAM working on recruiting active Virtual Assistants Affiliate Managers and to qualify in probation period, VAM has to recruit approximately 15 active VAs - Affiliate Managers per week.
Virtual Assistant Affiliate Manager must deliver minimum required results before he/she can pass and finish probation period. Minimum requirements are $67K monthly revenue of all direct and indirect referred affiliates. Active Affiliate is an Affiliate that earns minimum first withdrawal. Active referral is Affiliate with at least 500 Active Affiliates. If applicants fails in probation period with minimum requirement, he/she is paid for remaining percentage of achieved requirements. Which means if there is only $56k revenue which is 83% applicant gets 83% of $2k or $3k depending on qualification if he/she is VA or VAM.

Has to form a network of at least 2,000 active affiliates in probation period. Probation period is not limited, but once probation period is over Affiliate Manager gets the $36,000+ annual salary. In probation period Affiliate Manager is paid $3,000 for minimum delivered results. If minimum quota is not reached Affiliate Manager is paid percentage of reached quota. If Affiliate Manager reaches only 87% of minimum required quota he/she will get paid $2,610 by clients instead of $3,000 by Stonediver.
Affiliate Manager manages, forms and trains the affiliate network. Affiliate Manager undergoes intensive online training and starts with work immediately. Affiliate Manager that doesn't qualify will get paid by commission by the clients.
Link builder is paid for every link placed at the page with required pagerank and one time payout is done after results are visible. Link Builder can also keep instead of one time pay a share on monthly income from pages he/she increased a pagerank with backlinks.
Link builder that fails gets paid by commission. No one goes without pay!
Contractor will not undertake to design or re-engineer Stonediver, Inc. products and accessories, or advise any person on any technical specification, training practices, use of force recommendations, bulletins, or accepted practices of applicable Stonediver, Inc. safety matters.
It is the law in all jurisdictions that making false public statements against Individual or Stonediver, Inc. is illegal. Commonly known as “slander” (when verbal) or “libel” (when written), false statements to damage someone’s reputation is called “defamation”. Defamation is defined by various laws in clear and uniform terms: “Provably false statements of verifiable fact, that serve to undermine or damage someone’s reputation.” It is no defense to phrase a false statement as an “opinion”, one’s “own experience”, or as some alleged “consumer complaint”. As long as the comments contain some false statements of fact that could be verified as false and could or should be known to be false, then it is defamation, and it is illegal.
All defamation is illegal, and law suits against false defamers are highly successful and collect substantial damages from the wrongdoers. Written defamation (which applies to the Internet) is punished harshly, and damages usually do not need to be proven, as they are assumed by law due to the written exposure to the public. Defamation falsely accusing of fraud or professional misconduct is even more severely punished by “treble damages” and “punitive damages”, which can be enormous amounts of money far beyond any expected real damages to the victim.
Stonediver, Inc. will fulfill its promises to its contractors in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Any slander or any other attempt to harm Stonediver, Inc. in any way (virus, exposure of access to vital areas, erasing or modifying projects, corrupting records, etc.) will be punished by International laws.
Contractor that tries to scam the company with false data, documents and/or info or stretches the work beyond reasonable working time under the false presented facts we'll be penalized.
